Delivery & Return Policy

Shipping and Delivery

Any order for items that are already made, will be shipping within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.

For orders that are bespoke, personalised or are listed on a made to order basis, please allow 28 days for your item to be created and then it will be shipped within 3 business days of this.

All items will be shipped on a “2nd class” service. If you would like your item sooner, shipping can be upgraded to “first class”, fees will be included for this.

The main couriers that we use are Royal Mail and Parcel Force.

International Shipping

We are a UK based business and are more than happy for our items to be shipped Internationally. If this is required please get in touch with us with your location for a personalised quote for shipping and charges.

Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, you can return this to us for a refund. Shipping charges and returns shipping charges are not included in the refund. Items must be returned to us unused and undamaged in the same packaging as you received them in order to receive a refund. All packaging must be included and undamaged. You must notify us within 14days of receiving item that you wish to return the item. The returned item must then be received by us within 28 days of the order date to receive a refund and the refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the item back.

Bespoke and Personalised Orders

Returns and refunds for bespoke and personalised orders are not accepted unless the item has been received damaged or faulty. A photograph will always be sent to you when a personalised or bespoke order is complete to ensure you are happy with the item before shipping. Items and orders will not be shipped until we have received confirmation from yourself that you are happy with the order. We must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the damaged item in order to issue a refund. The damaged items must also be returned to us for that refund to be issued.

Damaged Items

If an item is delivered to you damaged, we will need to be notified of this unfortunate event within 7days with proof of the damage, for instance photographs of the parcel and damaged item must be sent to us in order to issue a refund. The damaged items will also need to be returned to us. The damaged items need to be returned and received by us within 28 days of the order date and a refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving back the item. Shipping charges cannot be refunded, however, returns shipping for damaged items will be covered by us.

No refunds will be issued for items that are damaged after delivery.
